I recently gave a talk to senior health care executives.
Admissions & Triage were common concerns.
How do we get better at these crucial first steps in our value stream?
Their concern is apt.
As the old Greek proverb goes, "When the first thing goes wrong, everything goes wrong."
I suggested they study the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
