How do we dispel fear in an organization?

Lean Leaders teach through a Socratic approach by asking questions which forces people to think and thus develops their capability

To err is human. However, we must learn from our mistakes. We learn by reflecting on the process that allowed the error to occur and thinking of ways to strengthen the process.

We must make it OK to take risks. Not reckless risk but experiments that can create knowledge about a problem or issue. And we must share that knowledge throughout the organization

Knowledge is a sure fire way of dispelling fear.
